News section

Why make it so that people below general cannot post in the news section? Like Joseph T's help for photoshop topic, nobody can reply there because they can't. So you won't get help. People won't just PM you about it or make a topic like this.
And what if new people have news of the utmost importance? If they post it here or anywhere other than the news section or with at title that is not "OMG IMPORTANT NEWS READ NAO!!!", nobody will look at it thinking it is important.

And I highly doubt people will spam the news section with non-news material.
Especially if yo guys would make me a mod. But you still don't trust me over that total bullshit copyright problem.

I have some new ideas for the forum if I could have the permission to set them up. It includes getting rid of all the "Branches" because we don't really need more than one just to start with.

I will add a User-Generated News forum and a forum for Graphics.

yes im pretty sure that would be fine just have a back up of the site how it is just in case kk
